Pioneer 115D open box item on Newegg, $18.99 + $7 shipping, $26 to your door. Not a bad deal, usually $35 or so for the new 115D that is known by many to have a long open can red.

Just thought I'd share, these open boxes they put up every now and then can be pretty good deals, that's how I got my 112D open can.

That's a great deal for a beginner like me to get started on high powered DIYs. When I saw the new ones, I was thinking, "$33!?" But now is the chance to get me some open can diodes!

buy it! they are worth it just for the experience of harvesting, making the laser, then the anticipation if it will turn on or not. heh
