Heh. Yeah the first time the thermal protection kicked in I about shat myself thinking something else happened after my first PSU exploded. It's happened a few times since but I try to keep it from happening whenever possible.

makes you wanna reach thru the monitor and give him/her some petting.

so by what I see just in the pin-out my 2505 DOES give me the mW!!

Thats awesome that you can make those remotes so easily! I am not sure where to get those cables in person, but I think a certain upstanding member here is selling them at a discount with projectors...seems like a good way to get an awesome PJ and a cool cable! Check it out

It probably has to be multimode. But awaiting a response on this as I too am interested.

not necessarily. if it's single mode it Will be a long tube. for hene sm - length = more power.

Exactly. The SP 125/7 tubes and Uniphase 1144/45 tubes are fairly long. It's not your "cute" 6in tube

5X 2200 uf 350V Capacitors | eBay

My listing. 5x 2200 uF 350 v capacitors. They include all of the screws for the terminals.

I know $70 is a tad bit high, so feel free to shoot me any offers. They're nice and big so their internal resistance ought to be minimal, great for coilguns.

I have ben 'bitten' by those tiny Caps inside one time only cameras while harvesting Alkaline battswhistle:almost no longer happening, BTW) and forgetting to short the cap. I dont care to find out how much a big one can hurt.
