Naw, it won't go past 650.00, but it's not worth that either.

Thinking the same Diachi. That is seriously good DashApple. I'll have to think about whether or not I should go for it. It makes a change that it is a uk listing. :p

Hi RC,

Your PJ is gone for 560 at the end. And only starting from 3500 Lum I would be sure that it had 10 and not 8 LDs.
I do not understand why trying to catch a deal on ebay while you Americans can currently buy a new V2 at amazon for 463usd, which is known to have 8 LDs.

https://www.amazon.com/Casio-XJ-V2-...F8&qid=1492715151&sr=8-1&keywords=casio+xj-v2

Me I lately bought one of each v1 and v2 second hand (but with very little working hours) here in Europe from amazon.uk and ebay.es and had to pay amounts equivalent or higher than those 460usd for each of them.

First I thought to dismantle v2, but the picture is so good that I finally want to keep it for watching movies and concerts. Still thinking about v1.

An idea (I know it is not lasers related, but): has anyone tried to combine pictures from 2 PJs standing on each other or like and beaming from same HDMI output onto same screen/wall and have 5700 Lumens picture in total?

Good luck with finding a new home for it. I think it won't rest long on ebay. ;)

Hefty mount/heat sink? Really odd indeed.

Looks like steel, and it has been ground for precision size and finish, but I can't say exactly what it's used for. It has countersunk assembly holes, so I'd assume it sits on the larger (base) piece.
$125 seems a bit steep, especially since the seller doesn't even know what it's for.

It's your new, expensive and heavy beam stop. ;)

I believe it is for an optical bench. The top is slightly askew with the bottom part that is for mounting. That slight angle is the main feature of this mount.

XXXXXXXka$!0 URL on AmazonXXXXXXXXX

10 diodes at 56 a piece, or 8 at 57.5 a piece. The DMD chip will sell for 100 dollars approx. and the F20 has better internals which will also sell for more than the V2, but if one was paying the normal 890 for it, you are correct, it wouldn't be worth it when the V2 is actually down to 450 right now. :)

It is a risky listing. If it works then you have a deal, but what if it doesn't. More parts for your collection?
