Nice HQ 12mm module host+case+bat for 9$!

Just found this for 9 usd:
JasperLaser.com: Welcome!

Each Laser Pointer Kit includes a laser housing and battery cap, CR123A battery, and a M3L3 screw and wrench to fix the module into the housing. Finally, the kit includes a plastic LED cap and a foam carrying case.

Might be a nice low-cost host, although $12.50 for shipping isn't so cool on one unit, let alone $18 for 3 of them (ends up at $15 each shipped in 3 lots) ...

I just took a chance and ordered 3 of them though, so keep your eyes open for a review soon (I have a few extra green modules laying around as well as a couple of LOC's and PHR's so we'll see how good they work for builds as well as just with modules - should be pretty straightforward!)

How about doing a GB for these?
If we can get 150$ then shipping to the person who orders is free.

If it is surely a 12mm, then it would be the best EPIC WIN on hosts ever!

What is a plastic LED cap?

It might be a dust cover or a cap for the laser that includes a LED for any style or functional reason... I don't know what they might refere to too.

BTW I NEED someone to make a GB on these, shipping to spain is dammn expensive

I think a GB is a great idea, I was going to suggest it, until I saw Erdabyz had beaten me to it.

I just added three to my cart, and chose first class mail. $40.90 for three of them, $13.63 each. I can't wait to see your review.

I believe that you would have to have a module w/ a top mounted on/off switch.
Thats fine of course if you wanted to add a pre-built mod (Dx,o-like), but for
DIY people:undecided: it can be done just not by me...yet

With the tail-switch, that would lead me to believe that there is no need for the sidebutton (or if yourmodule had one you would have to bypass it, as you do when using one of Ehgemus' hosts...
