You'll have to build some sort of case, but it is cheap.

That looks pretty cool, Dave - I was thinking on doing something out of oak and acrylic to hang above my desk on the wall...

And yes i did, I just figured we'd work something out down the road, no hurries Amigo!

NICE! I love oak. I made this light for a piece of gypsum/selenite. It sits on my armoir at the foot of my bed. It is lit from below with 50 watts of "exit" lights

Remember the mantra . . .

Pictures or it didn't happen

NP on working it out later -- I will go ahead and move the other lasers then.

That looks great - similar to what I want to do, but the top and sides out of a single piece of clear acrylic to show off the HeNe !!!

Looks like a certain "laserist" has a pretty serious geological jones too, hey?

This is just my office! I have four sheds and a workshop as well. It is good to have the children all grown and out of the house

The scales are just a fetish of mine. I also dabble in gemstones, jewelery, and mineral specimens.

My son says that, with all the scales and various size plastic bags in this place, if the police ever looked in on me, that they would arrest me for drug paraphernalia

Wow, this just got weird, I was notified that the item was shipped, etc and the return address is less than 5 miles from my house, you'd think the guy would have just emailed and said "come get it" ....

Oh well, at least if there's a problem it's a really REALLY easy return, right?
