They've been selling those tubes off and on ebay for a long time. Myself and several others here have bought one. In fact, it's the large tube in my avatar.

I'd buy one if the power supply came with it... I'd rather not spend another $75 to make it work...

Kinda. If you offered ~$100 they'd accept it. That's what I paid at least.

Me too. I'm lucky that I can use the PSU from my green head to power it. I'm still trying to find a reasonable priced one so I have a PSU for each of my tubes.
