Only for 532 says. But I want to know if someone tested them. I think they must be Ok for indirect green beams or direc beams under 100mW :P

Screw that. No OD rating and they are not certified. Your eyes are worth a lot more than that. I wouldn't chance it.

When I get a new greenie, I'll test them and see if they are at all useful

9.50 shiped seems great even if they are not certified or rated. Look at the pictures, if it can block 50mW they are worth it IMO :D

That's the question "IF". Flip side of the coin is what "IF" they don't and you get a direct hit from a reflection? What "IF" they do nothing at all? Is it worth saving $20 on an "IF" when it comes to your eyes? That's up to he individual I guess. IMO if you are going to spend $10, might as well spend $30 and have the peace of mind that you wont blind yourself.

im buying a pair simply because they are...
  • Exquisite, fashionable and portable.
  • Stylish and highly functional laser shades will protect your eyes from excessive green laser rays.
fashionable AND stylish! i might get damaged retinas but at least ill look cool! :D

seriously though for that price i will buy a pair and test them (will have to wait until i get my kenometer as i am currently without reliable LPM) beauty of this design is you can shine your laser through the part that sits behind your ear to test them without bleaching dyes in an area that would (possibly) protect your eyes.

Yeah, I bought a pair too and may test as well, but without an LPM, just comparing with the OEM Laser System goggles I got.

if this goggles are quite good i will buy it!!!...i think it is ok for max 100mw laser... no? someone sould buy and test if a gren beam go through the goggle...

Did you read any of the posts in this thread?? No its not OK for 100mW and yes people are going to test them to see if it is.

READ THE THREAD BEFORE YOU COMMENT.

Perhaps because it has no certification? , there is no guarantee that these will provide any protection from a 5mw let alone 100mw. The site does not provide any details beyond the following.

  • Red anti-green laser glasses, not for red laser.
  • Prevents the projection of various green laser.
  • Provides much protection for your eyes against hurt or injure.
  • Exquisite, fashionable and portable.
  • Stylish and highly functional laser shades will protect your eyes from excessive green laser rays.
how much protection is "much protection" ? and how do they define "excessive green laser rays" ?

Personally i will not be risking my eyes with these goggles, however for the price they are asking i will buy and test a pair if only to show that they are absolutely useless for anything other than tinting the world red.
