Perhaps it was a mistake is on your end?

Edited to add- If you guys did send me the old version by mistake would you be willing to send me out the replacement fan without charge? Its only a few dollars. That would be much easier for us both rather than having to exchange the charger to China. I won't make a big stink over it but I do feel I was supposed to have been sent the new version as that's what the link you gave me was for. It would be very appreciated to work with me on this. Otherwise yes I will buy it but don't feel I should have to.

As there are some feedback about the fan problem for the 2.1 version, so Opus improve this problem by using a new fan to solve this problem when they produce the new batch 2.1 version, this new bath come to us only a few days ago.

And really sorry if it bring you so much trouble.
