EDIT: Just occurent to me, if you were to press submit on last page, and you are forced to refresh it because of time out, won't that result in another order being placed?

I got through! Order placed, confirmation e-mail received!
Eudaimonium, there is a limit of 1 order per household and per user account. It wouldn't let you place more than one order.

I used firefox, though chrome might be faster. I basically hit refresh over and over again for 45 minutes until I went though all the pages (I think there were 4 total: Shopping Cart -> Shipping -> Payment Choice -> Order Confirm).

I finally got in, only to see this on the main page:
$100,000 up for grabs, $100,000 given away in 1h: 44m: 50s
It's over everyone. And thanks to server, internet, timeout, etc errors, I'll bet many of us lost out on this chance.
Event Horizon was keeping a tally rather nicely. His last entry: "EDIT 7: 1 hour, 10 minutes, $18,000 gone"
Which means suddenly, in the last 34 minutes at Sparkfun, they sold $82,000 worth of stuff? Wow.
more like, HOW? With so many server/connection problems with everyone...
I feel violated.
