I was looking for some cheap rechargeable AAA's (with charger)
And i couldn't find anything special..
I look'd on DealExtreme, but the cheapest setup (Noname AAA's, rated 700mAh, really 300mAh and a random USB charger) suck'd ass - 300mAh!?

So, i wonder, what is the cheapest good/semi-good AAA's i can get? I'm gonna use 'em for powering up my True DX30 laser.

(PS: Are all rechargable AAA's rated 1.2v? Wouldn't that also make my laser perform worse, as "normal" AAA's are 1.5v?)

Cheap rechargeables? anywhere but Radioshack!!! ;D ;D

As far as I know, they only come in 1.2 volts. For a great charger, use an Energizer 15 min charger. It charges ALL Ni-MH batteries in 15 minutes. Its really good cause it also comes with 4 2200mah AA batteries.

Its a great charger cause it charges the 1.2 volt batteries to 1.47 which is close enough for me.

Also, get some rechargeable AAA's from duracell. They are great AAA's because they are rated at 1000mah each!

The fast charger is great for pen lasers cause you can just charge up some more when they get low. The fast charger is optional, but Thats what I prefer.

You can get a pack of AAA's from duracell at Walmart for 12.99 or around there.

get some enloops from amazon you can charge them in a regular aaa ni-mh charge and they work great only 8 dollors, they last awhile and are precharged like alkalines, and they dont lose there charge every single day like regular ni-mh batteries do.

Search for "1800 mAh AAA batteries" on ebay and some good deals will pop up. 1800 mAh is one of the BEST batterie specs you can get for triple A's.

There is no such thing as an 1800ma AAA battery. The seller is lying. The highest capacity I know of is 1200ma's. and I would bet they are over rated.
