They have it listed as a "Blue Ray" which is correct :p Although the E is silent, I don't think it is invisible :) Muahahahahaha ! Oh, I just HAD to ! :D

Wow, DX never ceases to amaze me with how they actually cater to customer needs and wants. Now we need to see who will bite first and post a review.

haha yea, I think its actually a blue laser pointer regardless to there "blue ray" label
the trigger voltage is 3.6V and thats about right if they are using a driver and a IR pump diode. bluray would need alot more voltage (7V probably) and I doubt they are clever enough to use any boost circuit.

They don't manufacture anything, they simply re-distribute items they find cheaper than dirt cheap :p Then sell them dirt cheap, and have to wait for whomever thy purchased from to send them out to them, to send to us, to sit in the mail forever :p

copy+paste ftw
Guys just fyi the blue lasers on dx are the ones that warnlaser is selling as their blue swot seriers. Boblaser also has them. Dx beats warnlaser's price on the 30mw by $10 and you get free shipping. Anyone here going to buy one of these and review it?

If I were to spend this kind of money, I would get a CNI. or a Optotronics. My belief is: Cheap + Blue = disapointment. I don't want to spend this much and when it fails or goes TEM 04, or has like 1 mW, start the RMA forever cycle.

These might actually be decent. I remember everyone saying that the 200mw reds would be a global disappointment. Also if you look through the reviews section you will see where c0ld reviewed the 5mw blue from warnlaser and he gave it a very positive review. Since these are the same lasers it is very possible that some of them will also be good. What DX needs to do is throughly test these things before shipping them out and weed out all of the bad units.

I am a bit concerned about the button on these. I really hope they have proper support under the driver board. It would be a real shame seeing a $400+ laser ruined because they were to lazy to put anything better than a piece of foam under the board.
