There is a guy on ebay selling 5-10mW 473nm DPSS lasers for $87 shipped.

You have to keep an eye out for his auctions or you can PM him and have him send you a paypal invoice like i did and get your hands on some blue light for under $100

The beam would need to be corrected...

My 11mW one gives a very steady 28mW's after I removed the pickoff lens that allows the current to be regulated at a 10mW output.

if you really want a blue, i'd recommend PMing him on ebay. It took him about a month of me reminding and asking for a blue, but I eventually got two ordered.
