Hey Solowgregg - Which 200mW from Focalprice do you have that measures 80mW, the $74 pen-style, the $80 "fatbeam", or the (now out of stock and off the site) one similar to the 300mW in this thread? We do club laser shows 4 nights a week and I order every week or two from LED Shoppe (their $25 50mW greenies) and we sell like 6-10 of them a week at the shows ... Now I'm looking at offering something in the 150-200mW range and the price point is great on the $74 cheapies, but if they're THAT underpowered I wouldn't want to resell them at the risk of misrepresenting the product...

Also, has anyone else had good luck with the $151 300mW greens? There's a review on the site now from someone who bought one and it tested at 150mW so I'm a little leery to dump $150 on one for myself and I'm not thoroughly convinced the 500mW monster would be a good idea for me to have around

Someone with a LPM at focalprice wrote that he bought this "500mW" Monster .
When he gets it he´ll test it´s output.. (Here is his tracking number RT010603385HK ^^" )

Okay there is only one thing which is stopping me from buying this laser:

The warning-label of the one which is shown on Focalprice says "...output <100mW..."
thats a little bit confusing because they said that they had send you the false unit but the output of yours is WAY higher :-?

You ordered the Camouflage one , got a Laser which looks like the black one , but the internals are still the same as in the Camouflage one? A little bit confusing :-? Please confirm that !

Heh Heh... Let's REALLY make this an interesting thread - I just ordered from FocalPrice (with EMS shipping so it should be here by Wed or Fri) the following toys to test: LP056B (50mW green laser pointer), LP058B (150mW green laser pointer), LP041B (200mW green laser pointer), and LP035G (300mW green laser pointer) ...

NOW I need to find the best deal out there on a decent LPM, nothing too crazy or high-tech, I have wanted to pick one up for awhile to test the outputs on our show lasers anyhow so I figure what the heck, why not "give back" to the forums and help others out in making decisions as to which lasers are a good deal, crap, etc - so I need someone to recommend a good place to buy one and some ideas which are the best "bang for the buck" in an LPM - HELP!!!!

(We sell laser pointers at all of our shows, but I really don't know how the market is going to be for the high powered stuff (we sell between 3 and 6 50mW handhelds a week right now but even though they're a hot item at $40 I really don't know how many people will shell out $100-200 for a higher-powered toy), so my plan is to offer any handhelds I test to forum members at cost if they don't sell at our shows - this way I can keep playing with different stuff and hopefully help out a bit...

Again - any ideas on a good, cheap LPM? Thanks!

A word of warning- I've heard that EMS shipments are a lot more likely to be searched by customs.
