The LaserBee products do NOT measure in the MegaWatts (MW)...
The DO measure in the milliWatts (mW).
FYI they meter at 140~ MW with 20-30MW IR on my friends laserbee with stock battery out of the box
if thoes can do better ?
Let's assume that's peak and 140mW-30mW of IR = 110mW of green which is not close to 200mW. It's a little over half.
I would like to see several power graphs (60sec runs) of your lasers if your friend really does have a laserbee.
Shit, even if you can't output a graph, just video the readout in the LPM display while metering (for the 60 sec runtime) and put it up for all to see.

You say the greenies you are getting for $23 are outputting 140mW. Greenies that are outputting more than 100mW are using 1W IR pumpdiodes. So why don´t you simply modify it into a 1000mW IR laser or even better ask your wholesale for how much they will offer you a 1000mW IR laser. No doubt they will offer you one for less than you are paying for the greenies.
