I don't want to wait more, so please, give to me a full refund:

- 135$ WBs (I used for a discount)

I'm unhappy to do this, but i want to call this only "a bad experience".

I'm confused, first it says "A VALID TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OR DEFERMENT NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE /"

Then it says "RELEASED BY CLEARING AGENCY. NOW IN-TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY" :-/

what i need to do?

TIN = company version of an SSN
it's a government issued number to all companies
why on earth they expect that from you I don't know, I would let them know it's not a company puchasing it.

It should be on your door step. However... knowing the company, you may still have to apply for a RMA. :-/
