Where can I find a super tiny green module?

If you missed it from the title, I'm looking for a super small green module. One approximately the size you see in the photo. Sitting on top of the thing you see (it was a collimating lens with a red diode. It can be longer, but not larger than the largest diameter part of it. It's a broken (and de-canned) LD sitting on top of it, so you have an idea of the diameter of it. There used to be a small one on DX, but I don't see it there any more. So, anyone have any ideas?

gonna need more info for that. have any calipers/micrometers? take a measurement. Maybe someone here has seen the one you have by chance but other than measurement I cant help ya. Goodluck

Ouch, yes, they are expensive...

I believe jayrob got these from susie at olike for $23.00 bucks apiece. I think all you have to do is ask her because there not listed on the site.
