i wasnt able to find any laws talking about green lasers in the US. could someone help?

Just don't terrorize people. 
Be careful when shinning it at certain buildings. I was using my 150mw red at an old building and someone snitched! Police cars came to investigate the area. It makes me mad cause it wasn't anyones business nor was I hurting anyone.
People are so hype about bombs and terrorism. Its not like I was signaling a carpet bomb or something. :-/
I didin't get in trouble, but just be careful where you shine it.

Eh, red is different then green. Many people relate red to a sniper shooters crosshair...

so they searched where the laser was being pointed but not where is was comming from? well lucky for you then.
They searched the area which was close to where I was. There was a guy on his porch watching me.
I guess he thought I was using a laser designator for an air strike on an abandoned building or soemthing :-?... idiot.
