You won't find any American based companies that sell lasers over 5mW. However, a lot of Ebay sellers will sell high powered lasers as 5mW lasers.

What do you mean no US sellers?
Read the post above yours. Optotronics is in the USA and they sell up to +150mW pen style lasers, did you not know this? Just click on the link in my post, the one above yours and check out his lasers.

Yeah, just if you want almost 30% if there are a lot of orders buy from them through the group buy
