Where I can find the CHEAPEST laser module (some like aixiz or so..) with a 1064nm diode (don't really matters the NM), the ktp crystal (...) and all that dpss stuff... the weakest (1mw~10mw) for a VERY cheap price? with/without driver makes no diff... I want a green module for some alignment apparatus here in lab...
thanks in advance. :)

ebay, though you'll probably have to settle on one that uses an 808nm diode and a ND:YVO4 crystal to get the 1064nm, like the rest of us. :p

about the cheapest I see on ebay for just a module is a little under $9 with free shipping.

If you just need a module, you should probably get a module. Trying to extract one from a pen has a good chance of just ending up with a broken module/lens/diode pins etc.
