Well, you can get a Gaileo from Laserglow.com. It's everything you'd want in a laser but its 5mW.

I haven't seen any >5mw lasers with an on/off switch. Because higher powered portable lasers (almost) all have limited duty cycles, they have momentary switches. Why are you interested in 10mw specifically? If a good 5mw will do, I'd second the Galileo recommendation.
