What is the model of green laser pointer that is easiest to modify?

I have a laser pointer with a green beam, but in spite of what I've read, I can't for the life of me get the end cap off. Now I remember reading an article and it says don't use the model with a power on indicator LED. Use the model without this indicator. They even listed a specific and model or green laser pointer. Now I can't find that article. Please let me know what model of green laser pointer is easiest to open and remove the laser module assembly from it.

If your attempt is to Pot Mod the Laser, You going to find that it will die shortly after.

Then you Will end up buying another one when if you spent the total amount of the 2 laser at once you could get a decent laser depending what your budget is. What is your Budget.?

If this is not the case then why not just buy a module and save yourself the frustration of taking apart a laser nd risking breaking it.

As far as I know you can't "mod" a green laser for more power. But for the sake of trying, just buy a lot of those cheap lasers off eBay and experiment.

If you could provide more info on you laser that would help.
Let me google that for you

But the easiest laser to modify would be if you got an 808nm pump diode, a driver, and a set of dpss crystals. That way you could do what ever you want.
