or

I prefer the brightness...if it burns does not really matter for me. But it should be bright :)

Both are really cheap. Pls help me^^

They will more than likely be just as bright as your 30mW as they will be under spec, try a company like Rayfoss or O-like, they are slightly more expensive but worth the extra money and will be closer to spec id not slightly over

Yes you are right. I just read some reviews. And all sayd that the green laserpointers do not have 100 or 200 mw.
Can you recommend me a green laserpointer which is really bright? And has really 80-200mw? It should be very visible...this is the most important thing for me :D
And it should not cost more than 50€

I am not really happy with my 30mw pointer since I saw many videos of other laserpointers :D

Keep in mind apparent brightness doesn't increase at a linear rate. Our eyes and brains handle it logarithmically. It takes roughly four times the power for a laser to appear to be twice as bright. So to double the brightness of 50mW, it would take around 200mW.

30 actual mW of green is actually pretty bright. My guess is your current pointer isn't anywhere up to spec and it's probably putting out maybe 15mW of green and the rest is IR.

Which pointer do you have now?

I have a 30mw one...I got it of a friend so I do not know where he bought it. Nevertheless I can say that it is as bright as my 1mw one. I am not happy with it :(

I am a little bit confused.
This one http://www.rayfoss.com/productn.asp?ArticleID=26 has 50mw

and this one http://www.rayfoss.com/productn.asp?ArticleID=5 has >100mw
what is the difference between < and without "<" :D I hope you understand my freaky english :D

and can you also explain me pls what this mean: Duty Circle 60 seconds ?
thank you so much :)

Like I said, a REAL 30mW green is getting up in the range that's starting to get painful to look at at close ranges on a light colored surface.. Which is why I guessed your current pointer isn't anywhere near 30mW.

It's simple math symbols dude. < is less than, > is greater than. >100mW means it's output is greater than 100mW.

A 60 second duty cycle means you're not supposed to run it more than 60 seconds at a time without giving it a chance to cool down. Usually it's 60 on, 20 off or so.

If your in no big rush. I've ordered 3 of these to review for quality and actual power output. They should come in sometime this week hopefully. If they're not total crap, that would be a possibly cheaper route, though you'd need 18650 batteries and a charger for them though.

Ok I heard that rayfoss laserpointer have true mw so I will definitly buy from this site.

www.rayfoss.com
www.rayfoss.com

or this: I read a nice review on this page so I could imagine to buy this 50mw one, too

www.rayfoss.com

And I saw another difference: LBP and BHP... is there a difference?

Say 1,2 or 3 and I will buy it ;D I slowly become tired of searching a good one. But I think I am on the right forum to ask for.

Which of these 3 lasers would you recommend me?

Best thing for you to do would be to search the forum for the models your interested in, and see if anyone has done any reviews. I can't personally vouch for rayfoss stuff because i've never bought anything from them.
