Hey, I put together a green laser a while ago and thought I would finally post it on here to show how I made it.

This is the tea box tin I used. The first thing I did was make a hole in the top for the switch.

Then I hammered down the burs/excess metal on the other side.

Here is the switch I used that installed in the hole I made in the top of the tea box

Then I made another hole in the side of it for the laser module. The drill wasn't really working that good so used a file and a screw driver.

To secure the module in the tea box I used hot glue.

Next I wired the switch up. Before I did this jumped the switch on the module itself which is a small push button switch, doing this allows it to be turned on without having to press it, so all I will have to do is is flip the switch on the top of the tea tin to turn it on . You may be able to see the small silver wire that is going over top of the switch on the module that I used to jump it.

For the power I used a 14500 in a AA battery holder, it's a tight fit but it works.

I will upload some beam shots later.
