Check this out.
70mw supersmall using 1 watt and can pulse down to  fractions of nano seconds( billionths ).
I'd like to see specs on the blue laser they said is readily available!

Can't wait to see tiny color laser projectors, I love HD video!

Sorry but I just noticed the PDF is cut off and the end so if you want to read the whole article just register at the optics....
