Uses genuine Solarforce L2 host
Nexbox360 green module (143mW originally, probably closer to 110mW now)
FlaminPyro custom heatsink with extra mass and threaded for aixiz lens
Ice-blue trit.

Saw a few other people post up their L2 builds now, so figured I'd post up here too.

Front is untextured, and threaded for aixiz lens nuts. No lens in it right now, just use it in case I need a green (or blue, or red, or whatever color module happens to be in it) "flashlight"

FP was exceedingly nice, volunteering to do extra work just so I could get what I wanted, and making sure we were both understanding each other. He even redid my trit slot! You can see the grey epoxy he used to fill in the hack job I did with my dremel.

I can post pictures if you wish, but they will not be of that quality. Got a friend to take pictures. Told him I wanted the beam and the trit to stand out, he did the rest with a camera. I think one picture he had to do some touch-up work on, i.e. changing the color balance, but other than that, they are pretty much compressed raw.

It was just the going price for a small sized heatsink at the time. You may be able to tell from the pics that I've carried this thing around and it's gotten some good use before I got a chance to take some pictures of it.

Nowdays, there are already a few P60 *standard* heatsinks being offered, which was what I was hoping to inspire. I just took so damn long posting pics that I kind of figured other people might figure it out too.

I'm happy with mine because of the perfect fit, extra mass, and the special bodywork I was able to have done at the same time :san:

BTW, it is currently running a 445nm diode DD'd with a 2600mAh Sanyo 18650. Someday, when I find a better green module, or if I can get this one cleaned up, it's going back to green.

That splash was caused by lens funk. A little cleanup and this baby is much cleaner and crisper! No more spill/splash like in the photos. I used cotton swabs and 91% isopropyl. Unfortunately, no more pics, harder to find time to have the pictures taken these days... Anyways, thought I'd update, since this is the only one of my lasers right now worth bragging about in any way. Now I'm working on cutting down the divergence, but it's hard making tiny adjustments and then trying to discern a difference in the output divergence... I would gladly accept any pointers to that cause.
