I had a few questions:
I brought the laser 301 from ebay- 5mw but my friend metered it to around 50-100mw.

What type of laser goggles should I get?
Also when doing burning demos/using my laser, is looking at the dot for like 2 seconds bad for my eyes

Currently I am using sun glasses to help.

No dont look with your eyes when you burn only if you point it up in sky and that, and using sunglasses really dont help so dont do that if you are afraid of your eyes. Buy a good set of glasses like in this link.
