Romisen L-B030 Batteries

Just got 2 purple rechargeables CR123 from deal extreme  and a ultrafire charger i'm charging the batteries now but have a few questions the charger says for 3.7 v lithium batteries  and the batteries say 3.6 v am I going to blow up my greenie when I put the 3.7v batteries inside? I also got a pair of ultrafire cr2's for my 200mw dx red same question there. Keep in mind both lasers have been pot modded to full power with primary voltages and the Romisen also now has a copper heatsink instead of plastic. Should I turn the pots down before sticking in the new batteries?

(edit) just finished charging the cr123's and they are reading 4.17 volts no load should I risk it ?

You should be fine. I have a Romisen L-B030 and it has no problem with fully charged 3.6V cr123A's measured at 4+volts.
