would a 35mW WL executive work for you?
mine can pop balloons with no lens, and it has lit a match with a lens ONCE (unit is overpowered) so i doubt most DX30's would be able to do it unless you get a freak

There are a few DX30 videos on youtube of people lighting matches with a lens with a DX30. In fact, my cousin has a DX30 that lights matches with a lens.MarioMaster said:

those people must have very good DX units, most of the ones i tested were in the 35-45mw range, not very easy to light a match with
