Hello Guys,
I am new here. I dont need any professional lasers. I just want the green one and blue one with visible beams. I bought a "blue" laser a month ago but its 405nm and its violet. I want to buy a green one with bright visible beam, and not more than 30$. I found few ones on ebay:

Laser 1
Laser 2
Laser 3
Laser 4
Laser 5
Laser 6
Laser 7
Laser 8

Blue Laser 1
Blue Laser 2

Also let me know what batteries are better to power a laser: 18650 or 16340?

For me the best blue colors are 473 and 488nm ;) But they are expensive ;(

Buying a green laser off ebay should be fine because you don't need much power out of one to get a visible beam at night, and they tend to be around 30mW-50mW or even up to 80mW. For a green laser you'll need one 18650 battery. Or if the host is smaller, then one 16340 battery. (only one 3.7V battery)
I can't really say much about the blue lasers you listed. I recommend going to laserbtb, o-like, or the B/S/T section here at the forum if you're looking for a blue laser on a budget. If you have lots of cash to shed, go to Laserglow or Optotronics especially if you're looking for 473nm.

if you are only going to point it in the sky and Not do any burning, then you don't need a focusable one. As far as choosing a green laser off ebay, it comes done to luck whether you'll get a good one or not. For a blue laser I recommend a single mode blue. This will be slightly closer to the lighter blue that you like and it around $70. It is the bottom one listed in this link called "450nm 100mW single mode (FDA)"
