sounds like dirt on the IR lens just unscrew the gold apeture cap and use a q-tip to give it a gentle but thorough (spelled right i checked
) scrub.

remember to take the batteries out first..... almost made that mistak before glad dx200lasers burn your lips befor it hits your eyes : )

Sounds like you got cheated like everyone else in this forum from those guys. What you got was an imitation of a product other trusted companies on this forum are trying to promote. Check out novalasers.com, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
