i dont think they are allowed to list the power as anything over 5mW would be deleted... PM them for power ratings.

Reading the listing it appears they want you to contact them via "ask the seller a question" to discuss the output powers they have available (up to 200mW in this model I think)

Bear in mind the actual transaction will probably take place outside of ebay but via Paypal

At least that what it looks like to me
