Probleme with o-like account and my purchase

Hi, (again sorry for bad english i'm french^^)
I have a problem !
Wednesday I bought on o-like : Crown upgrade 400mW green laser torch/adjustable/waterproof

(/ i bought it $228.99 and one day after purchase this price change OMG :undecided: $199.99 )
the problem : I try to log in on o-like but it was not working ! I create my account 2 days ago !! They delete my account because when i tryed to reset password they tell me that the email is not valide !!!
I'm sure that it is the good email !! I received the confirmation of purchase on this f****** email !!!
So i decide to create a new one with the same email as the first account and It WORK !! It was the email with which i bought the laser !!
I'm sure of that so they deleted my account (maybe a bug ... because they renewed their website) !
With the new account (with the same email) they say : "You have not yet made any purchases."

I sent them a message I'm waiting ... What can I do ? :cryyy:
