Frustrating is probably not be the right word. The main thing is wait time. Some people here have had to wait months to get their laser but I guess that's part of ordering an exotic wavelength . Wait time for a 532 may not be too bad since it's a very common wavelength. There have been a few cases where the communication wasn't the best either but that can happen with any company.

Honestly I still highly recommend them if you want a quality laser. I can probably count the number of complaints I've seen here on one hand and have fingers left over. The 589nm laser I ordered as part of the recent GB is on the way to me and it only took about a month from the time we placed the order to get them to DJNY who tested them then sent them off to the rest of us.

Sooo hard to find a laser around 1w that the company is trusted:D anyone else that have bought one before and where?

Jetlasers' PL-E pro is very nice, though I am not a fan of it's divergence rating, which is really the only reason I'd go with one of the two above over it. So if great divergence isn't an issue for you, I'd spring for jetlasers. soon an optotronics RPL will be with me which I got for a pretty good deal (but not totally, insanely good) in the buy/sell/trade section. It'll be my crown jewel.

If you're patient, you could watch that thread section for a bit, a good deal on a used laser will come along. as others said I think, there may be a group buy of something good also(wholesale, essentially).

I have now been in contact with CNILaser and they will sell me a 1w 532nm for around 700$ with shipping. So money is sendt and im waiting for thate laser atm xD

Mine is a little less powerful.
Only at 500mW .
PGL-III-C 532nm.

1w 532nm....
I'll hate to be at the receiving end of that thing.
