While it is good you told him to add his location, he dosen't have to have a "avatar" if he dosen't wish :beer:

I have trimmed the picture down to below a 200x200 and I am still having the same problem! It's telling me the file failed to upload yet the picture is tiny!

Why not just give Matt a hand w/ his avatar??
