I hope everyone had a safe Halloween weekend. November already

I received my optics kit (nice set of lenses, prisms, mirrors, filters, gratings) from Jack, so yesterday I headed to the hobby shop and got myself some balsa wood, an engine mount for an RC airplane, some clamps (the dude thought I was building an airplane, of course)... Then did a bit of hobby-parts-and-office-supply engineering and made some effective yet very inexpensive optical mounts, and a nifty adjustable tilt stand for the RPL.
After the Elmer's dried, I did some fun experiments arranging lenses and mirrors, sending beams into all sorts of directions and creating quite fun effects.
