yobresal has the exact same pointer I do.

It is a 300 mW green laser from Focalprice, but yobresal tells me it actually outputs 90 mW.

I did have the same laser and mine was able to light matches and such. I have since dismantled mine. It started to require 5 minute warm up times to get past 5mW so I ripped it apart.

Try using a lighter. I just ran a simulation here in my lab and my lighter (mine is a 1000mcd Bic) lit a white tipped match in under one second...although I didn't get an accurate mW measurent with my LaserBee.
