i heard that the focalprice 50mw bottle shape... is good.. a memner did receive a 60/70mw unit....and it costs only 21 shipped.

but from focal.. you should have luck..you could receive also a 20mw..

yeah with olike price you get 2 focalprice laser...(more luck to get almos ONE GOOD)..but... in your opinion what is better to buy??

if someone has this bottle laser from ANY site.. can tell me how is the divergence and the initial beam diameter?

It doesn't matter what shape the host is, any laser is only as good as the module powering it. As to how these are, probably up to spec from Susie, perhaps not so much from less reputable suppliers. As to these cheap lasers in general, they're most likely going to be all over the place in regards to mrad, divergence, etc.
