the number for yours is completely up to spec
you might not have gotten a super freak unit but still an excellent laser

The way NOVA names their lasers is based on their output levels - you paid for a 105mw laser, and it definitely exceeds those specifications ! Each laser is going to be different....I have owned SEVERAL X-85 lasers, and the last one I bought has PHENOMINAL specs ! It is peaking at 110.3, with an average of 100.4.....so - as you can see, each one will eb different, and as long as they meet the minimum specified value, you are definitely getting your money's worth out of it !
