So, what you saying is that you can be confident that you will never get a underpowered nova, and even if it is, they will replace it/ upgrade it?SenKat said:Actually, SORT of !
They make sure it fits into the category, but at least with NOVA - they make sure it fits WELL into the category they are selling it from. I have yet to see any folks that get a NOVA that are unhappy with the output power....wait...one person was, but the laser was kinda bad, so they replaced it - and upgraded him at the same time for FREE ! That is pretty good
They JUST (like now) sent that to me too. I asked them if they garaunteed power output and got thisRhith said:And if you really want to know how well it works you can always ask them!
"Power graph reports are not a standard addition that we supply with our lasers. Each laser has a sticker marked with that laser's statistics of average and peak output power. We have had customers request output power reports with their units and we can offer this at a lab fee of USD 30.00 for the X-Series lasers, as the margins on these units are lower than our other Series."
I was curious about it so I asked them...
JonnoThe X105 model has a minimum average output power of 105mW with an even higher peak output power.
