Hello,
This is my second post about it.It will be a review about the laser and my rayfoss experience.
1-I ordered it from rayfoss on 18 April
2-I paid via PayPal on 19 April
3-The product was ready on 23 April and Faona sent me some pictures to my mail about product
4-Due the Iceland Volcano shipments late and they were able to send it on 27 April
5-I received the product on 4 May
6-Everything was made as I want
-Gold power button customized to Silver
-Blue status light added
-Beam made straight with aperture
Faona was really good at support.I like her.
7-I want to play with my new toy doesnt knowing what will happen.I always obeyed the duty cycle and didnt drop or hit the laser to anywhere.
8-At first it was bright VERY MUCH and my eyes hurted when looking it BUT laser was bright as 5-10 mw after 3-4 times use.THE END.
9-I was dissappointed VERY MUCH after waiting 15 days to receive it and having dreams what i will do with my new rayfoss laser etc.
Anyways I trust Faona that she will replace my laser.I dont want refund.I trust to Rayfoss and just want replace or repair.I just wanted to share my experience with rayfoss and make review of my laser.
It was stable 380mw for 30 seconds(Faona said so and I believe it is because it was so bright)
It was bright as Hell before becoming 5-10 mw ebay laser.
Its not working at all atm.I just can see infrared dot on the camera thats all :S
Well, I'm waiting Faona to contact me now.

Edit:I've talked with Faona and informed her that the laser's diode and driver maybe broken. She said that they will repair or replace for free. They have really good customer service and Faona is really helpful and kind person.I really like her.I'd like to thank to everyone who posts to this thread.Hopefully after three weeks I will make a review about my repaired laser. It will include some video, photos and informations.

You have tried replacing the batteries, right? Just a thought. Bad luck that it broke, but I'm sure Faona will replace it with an even stronger laser.

Nah I didnt yet.Im waiting my 3000mah 18650 Ultrafire Battery.

The last pic makes it look like a beast.

He means your IR 808nm pump diode blew, sometimes it is described as LED'd because the laser dims and outputs what looks like an LED light glow.

Hmm is it an expensive part of the laser?
How they can repair it?

It's essentially half the important parts of the laser. Without it, it won't work. Green lasers require two different IR (Infared) diodes, plus some optic magic, to create a 532nm wavelength, i.e. 'green'. Now, without the 808nm, all you get is what I BELIEVE to be 1060nm which is even higher IR. So, you only get infared. Now, it isnt a DIY thing you could repair, and I suggest you try not to. Somebody else care to ellaborate?
