New Green Laser Need Help

Ok, so i ordered a green laser from Focalprice.com and I got it today its a

50mW 532nm Powerful Green Laser Pointer Pen

My question is do i need to add a IR filter to it?
What is the dangers on not having one for this laser?

Either way 50mw it enough to hurt you and blind you with or without the filter.

I would not worry about a filter, especially if it will give you a false sense of "safer laser"

there will be much more damages to the eye with 400mw than with 50mW :cryyy:
