New 150mW Elite Pro 2010 from Wickedlasers

Just recieved my 150mW Elite Pro from WL.... how disappointing....

Looks just as bright as my 55mW Viper from dragonlasers, same beam visibility too.

The only way I can light matches with it is if I color the match head black with a sharpie and even then I have to hold the laser really close (about 2 cm) in order to actually ignite it, which sometimes takes quite a while.

I was hoping that it would at least be designed nicely, it's not really. Batteries rattle around inside.

I am returning my 150mW Elite Pro but i'm still hungry for more

What do you suggest I try now? I want something at least 150mW.

Go in on a CNI group buy here and for IIRC $250 you can get a CNI pen laser (identical to the viper) that outputs more like 170mW!! Talk to Glenn, scopeguy20

Another WL let down. I wonder if they are keeping track of these like they do the free one that were handed out. :thinking:
