I just bought one 50mW china one. It was able to burn tinny black bag, but nothing more. It had nice price - 16$, but i sold it to my friend. Now I go better quality way.
Unf**kingbelieveble! The SKY laser just disappeared from sellers offer.
I think I´ll really have to go for the EXACT laser type I want, no matter where I buy it or how expensive is it...
There are most lasers powered by special accu´s. I donť like it. If there is some key to find only models powered by typical batteries type, pls link it for me.

I have read it all and i feel a bit WTF.
Don´t really want to spend 400$ for some "toy" like thing because of its total quality, generally unusable for me. So I´m looking propably for some good shape, bigger (better heat handling), but propably unerspecs one.

I´m just lurking about this one, that I cannot recognize where is it from, no reviews, not found in shops posted here...:

It costs 127$, and looks not bad :)

There are good things, bad things, and a cat...
Pick a company in your price range, and pick your laser.
Is is that really your guide for shopping a laser? Well I could literally do it even without your "help".
I´m just searching for lasers selled in my country, looking and asking for reviews or experiences about it, if any here.
There are dozens of lasers in shops from The GUIDE, the fetish, which are not reviewed, no matter if somebody just bought it or not. But somebody who did can tell! You guys are stuck on few lasers you know, no way to tell even s*it like : no, this one is unknown china, search more, if you add some bucks, you get acceptable one...
I have chosen average priced low end laser (130$] which should not be total trash to bore you with thousands links on this lasers class (the first one was...)
c´mon!
I do some forums about audio, and everytime somebody asks, I have no problem to help him about concrete price range models politely. I usually know it personally. Why it´s not possible here?

Because people don't listen when you tell them, and are not willing to spend the money to get a decent laser.
In your post with the picures you didn't even tell us what company it was from! Even if it's a nice host it's still a crappy laser if it's from a crappy company!!! End of story.

Yep, hearing the same questions over and over is one thing, but then the people asking them dont even listen to the advice they asked for. It gets tireing after a while....

No thanks. I'm here to learn about lasers and find out where to get the best lasers. People have asked me why do I think lasers are so cool. I have no idea why. I just seem to like it. Why do you like lasers?
I would like to answer that question, usually my answer is "It's a freakin laser that can BURN THINGS! Does your little red dot on a wall do that? I mean what more do I need to tell you?" I guess it's a man thing, because it's always women that ask =/ And that isnt meant to be a sexist comment.

Ok, unfortunately I see….

So I wont buy any crap laser till I´ll have enaugh money for it. End of problem.
Now I ask for decent cheaper (i.e. 200-400$) exact „green models“ somewhere between real 100-200mW (or underpowered 150-250mW). Nothing matters – size, batteries, better durability of casing, waterproof ability and other features etc. Only what matters is good lifetime, focusable lens, and shop ability to ship it to Czech Rep to me.
There are still dozens of good models in shops, and I don´t now which one again.
Can you post some two, three models you like for this type and price range?

Cannot edit posts? Ok, I add something I wanted to say
- lets forget for lasers I already posted. It was lower priced lasers, from our country small gadget shops. One of them had watermark from DX, but no way, I don´t go to look there anymore.
So again, I know this problems about people not listening, I go for the laser from "the cheap list", or maybe from "good list" (depends, you know).

NO we dont know, only YOU know what you want. Do you want a cheap underspec crappy laser? Then buy from DX or Rayfoss or o-like(better choice). Or do you want a nice quality laser? If so then use the links I gave you earlier... dragonlasers.com laserglow.com cnilaser.com
If you have $400 to spend then your set, get one from CNI or from CNI through the group buys conducted by scopeguy20 in the group buy section. DL and LG lasers are all from CNI but marked up for reseller profit, if you get it direct from CNI or through the groupbuys then you will save money and have a great laser...

Okay. Why The rayfoss is(still) on THE GOOD LIST, while you say it´s Crappy?
How could I know? Paper can carry everything, but the real product is far another story. I don´t care if the number of milliwats writen on the laser is higher then reality. I NEED SOME LASER I described before. Oh my Gaaash!
This is the talk of Stupid with deaf and blind one :)

Who the hell are you calling stupid deaf or blind???? You come on a forum and ask for information that has been posted here 10000s of times, then you re-ask the same questions that people were generous to take time and anwer. If you read any of the threads in the green laser section you would know why rayfoss is now considered risky. They were considered a great place to get lasers, untill people got broken crappy ones. Go here:http://laserpointerforums.com/f45/guide-buying-your-first-green-laser-30608. and pick a laser company you like, and then pick a laser you like and buy it. That is the point of the guide, it wasnt updated to show rayfoss has been having problems, but the other recomended companies all have at least decent customer service and lasers. Only you know if you need a cheaper one or a high quality one, and it seems to me that you would be better off with a cheap one, my opinion. Now I am done with this, its not that hard, all the info is here already.

EDIT: seems rayfoss is up and running again....

Kingdave I think he may have meant himself being stupid and blind not others. If he meant it to others...

He said of stupid WITH deaf and blind, so it seems to me he was calling somebody other than himself something. granted it was hard to decipher, it appeared that way to me, if he can explain himself we will see.
