Hi all, this is my first post, so pls. be gentle with me ya.. :).

Ok, I will be buying my first green laser from Lazerer and here r the 2 models that I'm interested in.

LZMN - Mini 532nm 30mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer

and

LZCB - CYBER 532nm 50mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer

Now, I'm curious about the tailcap, is the clicky switch a forward(tactical) clicky or reverse clicky? I'm hoping for it to hv forward clicky, good for signaling.
For the 16340 battery, I can use RCR123 right? By using 16340 batt, how long can the lazer last assuming I play with it approx 10-15min a day.

Appreciate some comments/feedback. Paypal is ready.... hehe.

i dont recommend lazerer anymore, lazerer used to be the best cheap company that always had on spec lasers, but recently their customer service has gone way down hill,

you should search reputable laser companies in the search bar so you can make a more educated guess as to what companies are good and what aren't, i would recommend laserbtb/skylaser, their products are always on spec and are quality lasers, they're a bit more expensive but just remember you get what you pay for

cheers, will

It depends on how much you are willing to spend.
As Will said, you get what you pay for.

By the way, you could introduce yourself on the welcome section of the forums, telling where you live, etc...

ie >5mW lasers are banned in usa, but we don't know if you're in usa and if you know that.

Have a nice stay... and welcome to LPF!

I think I know what I want now, a 30-50mw that uses 16340(RCR123), uses a side switch so that I can temporary turn on the laser, I hope the side switch is reliable though. Willing to pay $30-40, max 50 excl shipping, is there any I can find? Thanks!
