Tha Greenlander, you still have a valid point, I do definitely agree that you have leftover 1 Watt IR laser from 5 Watts green laser as well. The KTP angle do determine the efficiency of the DPSS, after all, and decent green laser leak very little IR.

EDIT: 5 WATTS? That must explains the price of 500mW green laser. 1 : 10 KTP conversion efficiency, after all.

Yea, basically for every 100mW's of green you need at least 1W of IR ;)
