need help with DX sku 50187

Can some on help me fix my problem?
DX green laser SD-301 100mw $33.80 - SD-301 Focusable 100mW 532nm Green Laser Pen Pointer with Battery Set (1*18650) - Green Lasers mine laser beam focusing like that but i want that beam focusing like in that picture what is at DX. How i can fix focus? plz help me.

Have you tried removing the lens to see if there is any thing on the lens surface inside or in between the lens and the diode ?
un-screw it carefully till it comes out then inspect it.

there is nothing between those
