Just for the heck of it, I decided to graph my X105 again to see if it would "take off" like it has done in the past. It did peak at almost 138mw's. The only change from when I did my other graphs is it is just a hair cooler in here, and the humidity is a tad lower.

Larry, beg, borrow and "steal" if you have to so you can be in on the next LPM-1 GB! I absolutely love this meter, especially for the data logging. It's awesome and very easy to use.

BTW, I double checked my readings and both times it almost peaked at 130mw's. I think if I let the batteries sit awhile it will go back up. It's almost unbelievable to me this laser is running that high. It doesn't always want to....I think it is the difference in the ambient temp. The laser was not nearly as warm as it was when I did the graphs yesterday.

The laser is nothing less than stunning for the price I paid for it. They almost could have gotten away with selling this one as an X125, but that's not Nova's style as most of us know...

Hey man, yours is X series or Alpha series.
Do you know what is the difference betw X and Alpha (about the output, duty cycle).
What will happens when i turn on the laser longer than the duty cycle. (ex > 200s for Alpha 105).
There are any mems who had tested the alpha 105 yet. Plz show me its graph. I do not have the meter.
thanks :-?
