I finally went and ordered myself my first laser. 150mw green from rayfloss www.rayfoss.com
Waiting is the worst part, Itll be so awesome all the neat stuff it looks like i can do with it. Faona is also putting an IR filter in for me for free so that's a plus. I got some legit glasses for it too AL3 - KTP, Argon, Blu Ray Protection AL3 - KTP, Argon, Blu Ray Protection [NR-AL3-EN207] - $74.80
Ill let yall know when it arrives and how it all works out. This is my first laser so i wont have much to compare to but ill try and get some pics and stuff once it gets here. Thanks to everyone that helped me out too.

You will be blown away by the brightness of the beam.
Even what little leaks in around your glasses will still be bright. You'll see a green halo around the outside of your glasses frames.

I like those, too...will be interested in your review. Curious why you chose the 150 instead of the 200 for just a few $ more. Is there not really a difference between the two?

Not much of a diff. In 100mw of green....my 50mw led shoppe is not much less in brightness than skylaser 170 or opto.168mw... Acually led shoppe diverg.is much better at long dist. Than both of the higher powered greens.. I PREFER IT OVER OPTO.& SKYLASER....

Yah i didnt think there would be much of a difference in the 200 mw over the 150mw in brightness so i saved a few dollars. Faona told me it registered at 165mw w/ the IR filter on so itll be plenty strong. I plan to build a blu ray one soon and thatll be my burner so this one is just to be a bad ass beam and try burning some stuff.

A week ago, I finally got my first green from Rayfoss, it's similar ot yours except I went with the 200mW, Faona says:

1pcs RF532-200mW-FLX(IR lens added but power rating will be 170mW around)+

I love this laser. Got a chance to play with it in the wilderness down in Texas and it is extremely bright and goes a long way. You can really see the green beam during the daytime and everyone who I demonstrated it for was impressed.

It took awhile for shipping but the laser arrived in about 20 days. I would recommend this laser.

And to think I'm losing sleep over a 50mW module :p

The focusing lens should make burning much, much easier.

Can't wait for the review.
