i never said they opto was bad quality or that jack isnt one heck of a guy because he is and if i ever need another rpl or my firends want a laser i will refer them to him..... i was just saying if you have the money theirs no reason not to pick up a nova laser : )

Well from what ive researched and heard from most ppl is that opto has the best $ to mW ratio without sacraficing quality. i looked at novalasers and they are wanting $200 more for less wattage than the one i have already purchased not only that i have a warranty and after talking to Jack from opto the few times i have I can definately say the man has earned my business now and for future purchases (I have never had customer service as promt and happy to do what it takes to make me happy).

Buuut we will see. I plan on doing a full review with pics and vids as soon as i have the pointer in my hands :D

Lookin' forward to seeing it!

Wow just noticed, you have 1100 and something rep points already, with less than 200 posts. Nice going dude! You are going to be 'reputation beyond repute' very soon IMO!

Remember, first safe then fun ... 160 mW is nothing to take as a toy.
I am sure you already know all this but I just cannot help myself:
don't point it at airplanes, buildings, traffic, people, horizon, reflective surfaces of any kind (diffuse, specular, whatever), and most importantly:
Never point it at the place a human can appear; for instance a head level doorway. Although there is nobody there at the moment, someone might appear there and it will be too late.

^again, sorry if I am a pain in the a$$, I am just making sure you know how to properly use a class 3B kickass laser.
