Here is a short video of the fluctuations i have been having. Also, When i shine it at an object, after about a minute, i see two and sometimes three dots, I assume that means its mode changing correct?

I have Emailed Rick, i just feel so bad because this is the second one. Why Me :-[

It honestly just looks like you have a dirty contact somewhere. Either in the switch or at one of the battery contact points.

Anything look dirty or coroded in there?
